Perm4 is when you are looking to pick out four winning numbers from 1-90. It pays the same odds of 6000 as that of Nap4.
However, with Perm4 you pick between 4-10 numbers from 1-90, meaning that you can have a range of permutation lines, in order to increase your chances of picking out four winning numbers.
The minimum stake per Perm3 line is N5, but you must stake a minimum of N50 in total in order for your bet to be accepted.
